Terms of Service

Effective 27 October 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Ayomide Jekami (trading as PlanSpace) for using PlanSpace. By using it, you accept them.

What PlanSpace is

PlanSpace is a floor plan editor that runs in your browser: you draw or trace a plan in 2D, see it in 3D and walk through it, and export it as images, PDF, SVG or AutoCAD DXF. With an account, your plans are saved to it, and an AI plan reader can draft a plan from a photo, scan or PDF of one.

Without an account you can try the demo homes; nothing you change in them is kept.

Your account

  • You need to be at least 16 to make an account.
  • You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep that inbox secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
  • One account per person. Don't make accounts to collect more free reads.
  • You can download everything in your account, or delete it, at any time from the account page.

Your plans and images

You keep every right to the plans and images you put into PlanSpace. You give Ayomide Jekami (trading as PlanSpace) permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run the service for you: saving them, drawing them, and sending a plan image to an AI provider when you ask for it to be read. If you opt in to sharing your plans with the plan reader, you also let us keep those images and your corrections to test and improve it; you can withdraw at any time.

Only upload drawings you have the right to use.

The AI plan reader

The plan reader drafts walls, doors, windows, rooms, furniture, stairs and lifts from an image. A draft can be wrong: check it against the drawing and correct it. Measurements and drawings from PlanSpace are not a substitute for a survey, or for advice from an architect, engineer or other qualified professional, and must not be relied on for construction, purchase or legal decisions without that check.

Plan reads and payment

  • Each plan the reader reads uses one plan read. A read that fails isn't charged.
  • New accounts get one free read. After that you buy read packs, which don't expire, or a plan that adds reads every month; unused monthly reads don't carry over. Current prices are on the pricing page.
  • Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel, which you can do at any time under Manage billing on the account page; you keep the plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
  • Payments are taken by our payment provider; we never see your card details.
  • Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
  • Reads have no cash value and can't be transferred to another account.

Fair use

Don't use PlanSpace to break the law, to upload anything harmful, or to get around its limits: no scripts or bots, no reverse engineering the plan reader, and no attempts to overload or break into the service. Reads are rate limited to keep the service running for everyone. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Availability and changes

We work to keep PlanSpace running and your plans safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors; keep your own copies of plans that matter (Save plan or Download my data). We may change or stop features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll say so in the app or by email before the change takes effect.

Liability

PlanSpace is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Ayomide Jekami (trading as PlanSpace) isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using drawings or measurements from it, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

Ending

You can stop using PlanSpace and delete your account whenever you like. We can end these terms if you break them, or if we stop running PlanSpace, in which case we'll give you notice and time to download your plans.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Questions about them: jekamiayomide@gmail.com.
